I confirm that I am submitting this volunteer form willingly and in good faith. I understand that this is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee placement in a volunteer role. I understand that volunteering with SAHSOV is unpaid and subject to the organisation’s needs, event requirements, and volunteer suitability. I agree to advise SAHSOV of any relevant health conditions, physical limitations, or other circumstances that may affect my ability to safely carry out certain volunteer duties. I understand that SAHSOV may contact me about suitable opportunities and that I may choose whether or not to participate. I also agree to volunteer in a respectful and responsible manner in support of the SAHSOV community.
