Refunds, cancellations and transfers

Please book carefully, as refunds will not normally be provided for change of mind or non-attendance. Where a ticket holder can no longer attend, they must contact SAHSOV as soon as possible. Tickets may only be transferred, exchanged or resold with SAHSOV’s prior approval and must not be sold for more than the original ticket price.

If the event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, SAHSOV will advise ticket holders of the available options. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

I have read and agree to the SAHSOV ticket booking terms. I understand that tickets are issued for the named attendees, non-attendance does not automatically qualify for a refund, and tickets must not be privately advertised, sold or transferred. Any ticket transfer or resale request must be arranged through and approved by SAHSOV. Member-priority bookings may be checked against SAHSOV membership records.
