I understand that committee portfolio roles with SAHSOV are voluntary and unpaid, and that any appointment will be subject to SAHSOV’s needs, the responsibilities of the portfolio, my availability, and my suitability for the role.

I understand that SAHSOV may contact me to discuss my interests, experience, availability, and the expectations of the portfolio. I agree to contribute in a respectful, responsible, and collaborative manner, and to support the vision, mission, values, and activities of SAHSOV.

I agree to maintain confidentiality where required, appropriately manage any actual or potential conflicts of interest, and follow SAHSOV policies, committee decisions, and codes of conduct.

I understand that certain portfolios or activities may require additional checks, including a Working with Children Check, before I can participate.
